Advance Exchange Policy/ Shipping

ANY PARTS IN THIS ORDER
- INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY! You have 10 days to resolve shipping errors or damage don’t delay! INSPECT IMMEADIATELY ALL ITEMS IN THE BOX!!!
- DAMAGED BOXES/PARTSIf Box arrives and looks like it has been impacted, notify the freight company at time of delivery. Ask the driver to make note of it, anything that can be done to start a claim will speed up the process. Delays and problems are unfortunate but they do happen, and there are necessary steps needed to resolve them.
- KEEP EVERYTHING! – Please retain all parts, packaging the box and all box padding. If you discard any of these items, We may not be able to assist you.
- Take Photos and Email SaturnDRCmedia@gmail.com. All shipping company requires photos for insurance claims. They help clarify what has been damage and needs to be replaced.
- Advanced Exchange if item is damaged we can replace it immediately. We offer a fully refundable core deposit on warranty and claim to express a set out. As soon as the claims process is completed you will be refunded in full. On warranty exchange, If Advance exchange is desired the item will arrive in a box with packaging exchange the defective item with the good and ship back defective item within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in the deposit being forfeited. Email tracking number to address above.
- DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED ITEMS. IF ITEM IS INSTALLED DAMAGED CLAIM IS NULL AND VOID. YOU HAVE ACCEPTED OWNERSHIP OF THE ITEM.
- ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RMA NUMBER FOR TRACKING. Please contact by email or phone call to process a warranty claim. Your item will not be accepted without an RMA number. Parts that are not in their original packaging are not returnable under any circumstances.
