WARRANTY
All Items have a limited 1 Year Warranty free from electronic defects/ defects in manufacturing unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Cables and Adapters for iPhone/ Android products have a 15 day warranty no exceptions. Cables are considered a wear and tear item and are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Electronics
We will exchange any item if it goes defective in the first 30 days as long as it is not physically damaged, scratched, shattered, dropped or installed improperly. After 30 day on all electronics your warranty will be honored by the manufacturer because you buying from an authorized dealer Al & Ed's Autosound Marina Del Rey. All original boxing and parts will be need for an exchange including warranty manual, installation parts, antenna, disc, trim rings, modules.

Please ship the item to the manufacturer for service. Average Warranty Turnaround is 3-4 weeks with most manufacturers.
If you would like DRC to handle any claims for you we would be more than happy to assist.
Fast Option
We charge a $95.00 service fee to cover our all expenses.
If you choose to have DRC handle the warranty on your behalf for the service fee,

- You will have a 7-10 day turn around and a replacement unit.
- Items without RMA will be returned to sender.

Advance Exchange
If you would like an Advance Exchange so you don't have to be without your equipment we charge a fully refundable core fee.
- Nav system $750.00
- Camera $150.00
- all other items $350.00
For the $135.00 (Domestic USA Only) fee covers a replacement unit shipped out and a return shipping label to return the defective part.
As long as the part is returned in the 30 day window a full refund of the core fee will be refunded. If not returned in 30 days, The Deposit Will Be Forfeited.
If the shipment is denied the shipping charges will also be forfeited and pulled out of the core fee.
LED LIGHTING
30 day exchange 1 year warranty via Del Rey Customs direct. buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. there is no refunds on led products. All returns or exchanges will require a RMA Email jshemula@gmail.com to obtain an RMA.
If item breaks during shipping you have 10 days to file a claim from delivery date. see "Advance Exchange" policy.
Core deposits on Advance Exchanges are as followed
After 30 days processing fee is $75.00 covers shipping to and from DRC. We will advance ship the light out with a return shipping label fully insured. No liability will be passed on to the customer for damaged/or lost items during shipping. This is a service fee of 75.00 to cover shipping/processing fees. It is not refundable.
Tail light $250.00 per light
Bumpers lights $200.00 per light
Side marker $100.00 per light
- If item is not received back in 30 days deposit will be forfeited.
- If the item is received back without any physical damage a full refund will be issued.
- Lights damaged during installation we will not warranty or exchange.
- Install at your own risk. We always recommend professional installation.
Please insure all shipments we will not cover packages lost during shipping on a return that is the customer responsibility to make sure it gets here.
If you wish not to take advantage of the Advance Exchange Program, please ship the light back for inspection and we will ship out the replacement for any electrical defect.
There is no fee for this type of warranty because we receiving the light phiscally back before the replacement is shipped.
Physical damage is only covered if the light breaks during shipping.
We handle all warranty repair and advance exchanges via Paypal. We will provide an invoice at time the RMA is processed.
