If you are not happy with your purchase or want to return any item you purchased at delreycustoms.com, you may do so within 30 days of the original date of purchase for a refund or exchange. This only applies to unopened items. Once an item is opened or installed there is warranty only from that point forward. 
You must pay all return shipping charges on any items returned for refund or exchange. We will deduct any return shipping charges if you refuse delivery on any order. 
All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, serial number and RMA Number.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email doyouevendrift@icloud.com to process any returns, exchanges or advance exchanges.

Shipping damage/ lost package a claim will need to be opened and we will process a replacement within 7 business days. See Advance exchange policy, YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE PURCHASED TO REPORT A DAMAGE ITEM SO WE CAN OPEN A CLAIM WITH FED-EX. TAKE PICTURES, SAVE ALL PARTS, BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL. FED EX WILL NEED TO PICK UP THE DAMAGED ITEM WITH ALL THE PACKING MATERIAL. SEE FEDEX CLAIM POLICIES AT FEDEX.COM
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 BUSINESS DAYS LESS ANY RESTOCKING FEES AND SHIPPING.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ON LED LIGHTING PRODUCTS. 
You have 30 days to return a defective lights from date processed. after 30 days the fee will be forfeited. 
Tail lights  $250.00 per light
Bumper lights $200.00 per light
side markers $100.00 per light
If item is not claimed and returned the shipping fee will be deducted for the core fee.
AC controllers $350.00 
Navigation unit $750.00
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
